Products arriving damaged shall not be the responsibility of Ancient Joys. However, you must email us if you are not happy with your purchase.
Incorrect ordering of goods or cancellation is subject to the delivery and return costs paid by the customer.
Once the item has been used or worn we cannot accept the items back and the customer is required to keep the goods.
