1. General Provisions

The data administrator is Ancient Joys based in Colombia. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law and their storage takes place on secured servers.

The personal data of the Customer and the Customer are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 133, item 883, as amended) (hereinafter: the Personal Data Protection Act) and the Act on providing electronic services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

Personal Data are processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the User and in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data on the basis of law or to implement the contract concluded between the parties.

For the purposes of better acceptance of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with the terms “You”, “Administrator” – “We”. The term “RODO” means Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC.

We respect the right to privacy and we care about data security. For this purpose, among others, secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).

Personal data provided in the contact form are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons. 


2. Data Administrator
 


The service provider is the data administrator of their clients. This means that if you have an Account on our website, we process your data as: first and last name, e-mail address, contact telephone number, delivery address, data required for payment execution for the Order, IP address

The service provider is also the administrator of people subscribed to the newsletter.

Personal data are processed: 
a. In accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data, 
b. In accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy, 
c. The scope and purpose necessary to create and shape the content of the Agreement, amendment or termination and the proper implementation of the Services provided electronically, 
d to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject: to the extent and purpose consistent with the consent expressed by you if [for example] you subscribed to the newsletter,


Each data subject (if we are their administrator) has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.

The removal of personal data may take place as a result of the withdrawal of consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data. 

The Service Provider does not share personal data with other entities than authorized under the applicable law.

Personal data is processed only by persons authorized or processed by us, with whom we work closely.

Any changes in the scope of your personal data may be made by the User after registering and then logging in to the Online Store using the Password and Login.

3. Cookies

The ancientjoys.com website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser computer software. When the browser reconnects with the site, the site recognizes the type of device the user connects to parameters allow reading information contained in them only to the server that created them. Cookies therefore make it easier to use previously visited websites.
